Las Palmas

This is the true home of Hollywood royalty in Palm Springs. It is located west of Palm Canyon Dr. stretches from Vista chino to Alejo. Developed in the twenties it now boasts the largest number of Celebrity homes. The architecture ranges from early Californian to classic desert mid-century Modernism.

Movie Colony

The newly-invigorated area is located east of Indian Canyon Dr. to Sunrise and extends from Tamarisk So. To Alejo. Most of the homes are white-stuccoed, terra-cotta-tiled Spanish estates built during the thirties. It is in a resurgence as new residents attempt to restore the area to its lustrous shine.

Deepwell

The homes are a mixture of Spanish revival, classic ranch-style and California modern that is now enjoying a resurgence in popularity. Located between Mesquite and East Palm Canyon and stretches from the very private and gated Deepwell ranch to Sunrise Way.

Mesa & Cahuilla Hills

The rustic appeal of this favorite secluded setting lies west of So Palm Canyon from Ridge Rd to Cahuilla Hills Dr. Built in the old Spanish & southwestern style.
